Refund Policy

Geelong Sustainability Group Inc. (Geelong Sustainability) has a refunds policy in place for each of the different services. We value your support and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. In the event you require a refund, please find our refund policy outlined below. 

1. Memberships:
1.1. Membership fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion of Geelong Sustainability.
1.2. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund of your membership fee, please contact us with the details of your request and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.

2. Services: 
2.1. Services provided by Geelong Sustainability may be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in individual service agreements or contracts. 
2.2. Refunds for services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature and circumstances of the service provided. 
2.3. If you have concerns or issues with a service, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and possible resolution options.

3. Donations:
3.1. Donations made to Geelong Sustainability are generally non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your support and allocate donated funds to further our mission and initiatives.
3.2. In exceptional circumstances, such as a technical error resulting in unintended multiple donations or any other valid reason, please contact us with details of your donation for consideration of a refund.

4. Event Tickets:
4.1. Ticket purchases for events organised by Geelong Sustainability are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us. In such cases, we will offer a refund or a ticket transfer option.
4.2. If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us as early as possible, and we will explore possible alternatives, such as transferring the ticket to another person, if feasible.

5. Products:
5.1. We aim to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a refund or replacement.
5.2. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with any accompanying accessories or documentation.
5.3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at the discretion of Geelong Sustainability.
5.4. Please note that certain products may be non-refundable due to their nature, such as downloadable digital content. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Please note the following general terms and conditions for all refund requests:

  • All refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after the purchase or incident, as specified above.
  • Geelong Sustainability reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the outlined criteria or are deemed to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
  • Refunds may be subject to processing fees or administrative charges, which will be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.
