What’s it all about?
While it’s true that more and more people are becoming acutely aware of the connection between emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and bodily health, very few realise the importance of understanding the signs and the consequent effects this can have on their everyday well-being.
What will we cover?
Pam will share her expertise about the mind-body connection and the effects of stress including the Flight, Fight and Freeze response within the body on our physical and mental health. She will introduce a simple but effective, pain-free technique known as tapping and show you a way that will help you quickly break through emotions in a safe way, resulting in an all-round healthier you.
Who will be teaching?
Pam Wright began her journey to finding healing and freedom for herelf over 20 years ago. She followed her yearning to fulfill her greatest potential. Going on her quest, she gained firsthand knowledge and experiences about searching for inner peace and joy and more than anything else, she considers these as her highest qualifications, whenever she helps people who are on this same journey.  Since coming across tapping over 14 years ago, she has studied Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and obtained her Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
