Join us for an enlightening workshop on “Growing your permaculture garden” where we’ll empower you with the knowledge and skills to grow your own thriving permaculture garden, compost organically, and propagate your plants—all in the comfort of your own backyard.
The workshop will take place at a sustainable property in Curlewis. The north facing rear garden has 8 x 12 ft Hothouse, flanked by three irrigated raised garden beds. Two tumblers produce compost from household waste. Bird and bee attracting trees and shrubs mean that lorikeets, honeyeaters and pigeons are frequent visitors.

Tessa will be joined by Mark Hoffmann. Mark currently works alongside Rebecca Taylor at Wyld Work Projects, a multi-faceted teaching program for gardening for beginners. He has over 50 years of experience growing vegetables and is a keen arborist for more than 40. Permaculture, composting, framing for espalier and garden design, he indulges in all.
Come and enjoy learning some backyard gardening tips that you can use in your backyard.
