Event Details

The Repair Cafe is all about repairing things (together).

Our volunteers have the knowledge, equipment, skills and advice to help you make the repairs you need on a range of items whether it’s clothing and textiles, toys, jewellery, small electrical and mechanical items, furniture or garden tools.
Pretty much anything you can carry into the venue!

The Kids’ Tinkering Zone allows kids to get involved as well. Kids (3-15 years), accompanied by an adult, can take apart a range of small items, learning to use tools, seeing how things work, and also trying to put them back together again.

The Repair Café is also a drop-off point for a range of items for recycling such as bottle tops, blister packs and more.
