Op Shop Style: Becoming Sustainably Stylish
What’s It All About?
Love of fast fashion, is creating a monumental waste crisis of discarded textiles. Last year Australians discarded 400,000 tonnes of clothing (about 16kg per person), three quarters of which ended up in landfill. Surely we’ve reached peak stuff!
In this practical fashion workshop, participants are inspired to choose Op Shopping over Retail and make fashion circular. The workshop includes personal styling tips and upcycling ideas!
