Attention Homeowners & Renters!

What’s it all about?

If you want to improve the comfort, and energy performance of your home while substantially reducing your energy costs, energy expert Tim Forcey, will show you where to start and what will give you the most “bang” for your “buck”.

To help even more people improve their homes, he created the rapidly growing Facebook group “My Efficient Electric Home” which now has over 33,000+ members.

What will we cover?

Find out the things you can do to improve your home’s energy performance – some cheap, some free and some that can even make you some money up-front, as well as cutting your bills.

This will also be a journey of discovery about getting off gas to save money and the environment by going all electric. Many Australians are disconnecting their homes from the gas grid so that they never receive another gas bill and save hundreds of dollars per year in fixed supply charges alone.

How much you save by going-off gas will depend on the thermal performance of your home.
Discover how to future-proof your home at this seminar and join the rapid shift to net zero emissions that we urgently need.

Attention Renters

Living sustainably isn’t necessarily about big renovations and installations.  If you are a renter, there are many things you can do to improve the energy efficiency of your home and live a more sustainable life, often without even needing to consult your landlord…learn how on a shoestring budget (saving on your bills along the way)!

Who will be presenting?

Tim Forcey trained as a chemical engineer and worked for decades in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries with Exxon Mobil, BHP, and others. In more recent times, Tim published renewable energy research with the University of Melbourne where he showed how Australians could save money by heating with their reverse cycle air cons instead of using gas; it’s a matter of  home energy economics. Tim also assists individual Victorians in their homes as a home comfort and energy advisor.

Due to the unfolding COVID restrictions and lockdowns this will be an online seminar
