We’re back offering our Climate Resilience Practitioner Training for 2026! After a successful and booked out training in 2025, we’re looking forward to another wonderful round this year.

Are you passionate about supporting your community to be more prepared, connected, and resilient in the face of climate and social challenges? Want to know more about the Resilience Canopy Practitioner Training before committing?

Join Geelong Sustainability and The Resilience Canopy for a free online information session to learn everything you need to know about the training program coming to our region in April/May this year.

This session will introduce you to the Resilience Canopy program, a nationally recognised initiative that supports local leaders to design and deliver community-led climate resilience plans. You’ll hear about the training format, what you’ll learn, who it’s for, and the support available to help you bring this work to life in your community, whether that’s a neighbourhood, school, sporting club or local group.

Last year we had an amazing cohort go through the training and there are already a range of fantastic projects and resilience plans that are being developed by these facilitators in their local community.

There will be plenty of time for questions, discussion, and reflection to help you decide if this opportunity is right for you. You don’t need to be an expert, just someone who’s open, community-minded, and ready to walk alongside others through change.

Register now to secure your spot and receive the Zoom link.
