Our Climate Connect events are back, come join us for our July event!

We have missed talking to members in more intimate networking events and we heard our community felt the same so we are bringing back more network-focused Climate Connect events. 

An important step in Geelong’s journey towards becoming a zero-emission, climate-ready region is building resilient, connected communities. Through this series of community networking events, Geelong Sustainability aims to help connect and build our community to work together on our climate change goals. 

The evening will begin with an ice-breaking activity followed by a 15 minute presentation on our Climate Cosy Rooms program so you can hear about the work we are doing and help link people in your community into this important program.  We will then have some networking time with an activity to help you connect with new people and build our community. If you have a burning question, an electrification or climate story or an idea to share, please bring it along to the event.

No matter how much or little contact you have had with other Geelong Sustainability events in the past, we encourage people of all ages, backgrounds, interests, and lifestyles to come along, participate, and meet new people.

This is a free event but registrations are essential.
