Geelong Sustainability invites its members to attend our 2025 Annual General Meeting and Member Briefing, which will be held on Wednesday 5 November at 5:30pm registration for 6-7:30pm at Cloverdale Community Centre in Corio.
The AGM presents an opportunity to reflect on and celebrate our recent achievements including delivering multiple award-winning local programs, amplifying our climate advocacy efforts, and finalising our 2030 Strategy. These achievements are the result of the dedication of our wonderful volunteers and the enormous talent of our staff.
Importantly it is also the time to elect our Board members to manage the finances and good governance of our organisation.
If you have time, please join those of us staying for a lovely Thai meal catered by Lotus Kitchen, which may be purchased from the venue after the conclusion of the formalities.

RSVP: Members are asked to register in advance so we can send you the AGM information pack.
DINNER: (Optional) All attendees are welcome to join us for a Thai dinner catered by Lotus Kitchen for $22 per person after the AGM from 7:30pm. Please indicate if you are staying for dinner (at your own cost) when you RSVP. Please let us know any dietary restrictions in the Order Notes.
