Kicking things off on Saturday 11 October, we have our Open House Day!

Step inside some of the most innovative homes in our community, including:

  • A recently completed certified Passivhaus in Torquay
  • An architect’s home in Torquay blending recycled timber with nature
  • A modern hempcrete build in Jan Juc, showcasing low-carbon materials
  • A contemporary passive home in Geelong West with heritage street presence
  • A renovated Californian bungalow in Belmont
  • A community-centred sustainable village in Winchelsea
  • A wildlife-friendly garden sanctuary in Deans Marsh

Then on Saturday 25 October, our Sustainability in Your Home Seminar, featuring an inspiring line-up of speakers including James McLennan, CEO and Co-founder of Farm My School, and Mandy Hall, MasterChef Australia alumni, food advocate and sustainability champion. They’ll share their expertise on building community connections, real food systems, and practical ways to make sustainable living part of everyday life.
