She began her career in the Federal Government many years ago, working on programs supporting community climate action. Over time, she transitioned to the local level, focusing on co-creating resilient and connected communities that act on climate change. With experience across all levels of government and not-for-profit organisations, Jane has most recently served as the Manager of Environment and Sustainability at the Surf Coast Shire Council.
