Business Engagement & Support
Our team brings expertise in engaging and supporting small to medium enterprises towards sustainability outcomes. Geelong Sustainability has conducted multiple programs engaging small businesses across Barwon South West on behalf of the State Government.
We help businesses by providing sustainability information and the support needed to access government programs, rebates and incentives.
Community Engagement & Education
Geelong Sustainability can deliver a number of community engagement and education events for residents and local businesses in the form of seminars, webinars, and workshops on a variety of topics such as energy efficiency, net-zero emissions, EVs, waste, solar & batteries.
We work closely with our clients to tailor these events to meet the community’s needs. We can also run ‘Lunch and Learn’s, Business Breakfasts and in-house staff training workshops on a variety of sustainability topics tailored to business and corporate organisations.
Community Advice and Support
This service supports the community with access to free, independent and trusted advice relating to DIY tips and resources for home energy efficiency via the co-branded EnergyTips website.
More comprehensive advice and support is available through a Sustainability Advice Line, which provides 30-60 minute phone/Zoom service to answer specific questions around sustainability and energy efficiency.

Geelong Sustainability is well-placed to offer seminars and workshops for Government staff, and other corporate stakeholders. We can provide structured training around climate change, including how to move to net zero emissions in the workplace, and how staff can make changes in their personal lives to reduce their carbon footprint and enrich their communities.
