Scorecard Assessment

The Victorian Residential Efficiency Scorecard has been developed by the Victorian Government to help Victorians better understand the energy performance of their homes and to make informed choices about improving the quality of their living environment, while saving money on their gas and electricity bills.

A Scorecard assessment gives your home a star rating, showing its cost to run. You get a detailed certificate to help improve comfort and performance, and tailored advice from your assessor.

Scorecard looks at the fixed features of your home – the way it’s built and insulated, and features like your hot water and heating systems. It is delivered by government-accredited assessors, and will give your house a star rating (like the star rating on your fridge or air conditioner) as well as recommendations to improve that rating. Find out more about Scorecard assessments here.

The Scorecard Assessment for a typical 3-bedroom usually takes between 1.5 to 2 hrs to complete.  Travel is included for areas within the City of Greater Geelong region. Please select the correct house size when booking your assessment.

If you are unsure about which house size to select or for areas outside of Geelong please contact us.
