Brewing Probiotic Rich Kombucha

What’s it all about?

Kombucha is one of Australia’s fastest growing health trends. Kombucha has a deliciously tangy flavour. In this class you will learn that it is cheap and easy to prepare and there is enormous scope for flavour variation.

What will we cover?

You will learn the basics of brewing kombucha, a probiotic beverage packed full of healthy bacteria, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. What is a SCOBY and how does it work its magic to give you flavoursome Kombucha? All will be revealed at this class. You will be on your way to a happy gut!

Who will be teaching?

Ivy is passionate about showing as many people as possible how easy it is to ferment their own probiotic rich foods.

Microbial imbalances have been linked to a myriad of health complaints including skin problems, inflammatory diseases and mental health issues. Ivy’s mission is to reignite this ancient food preparation technique in as many people as possible for a healthier, happier community!

When she is not teaching about fermentation, she is making natural skin care products or helping people suffering from fatigue, to regain their spark.

Class cost $15 + $10 for materials.
