10th Annual General Meeting
The 10th Annual General Meeting of Geelong Sustainability will take place on 30th November 2017 and you are invited to attend.
WHEN: Thursday 30th November, 5.30 for a 6.00pm start.
WHERE: The Library Room, Grovedale Hotel, 236 Surfcoast Hwy, Grovedale.
GUEST SPEAKER: Louise Beames, a Project Coordinator with Environs Kimberley will outline her work with indigenous rangers in the Kimberley and with the Wathaurong at Little River.
FORMAT: After the AGM, members and guests are invited to join the new committee for dinner in the dining room (at own expense). Finger food will be provided on arrival.
NOMINATING FOR THE COMMITTEE: Nominations for the committee have closed. However, if you are interested in getting involved, and you would be very welcome, please come along and speak to Vicki or Vivienne after the meeting.
PROXY: If you are unable to attend the AGM you may wish to give your voting proxy to the Chair or to another GS member. The proxy form is attached here.
